Taste! A lot of bakers can make a beautiful cake, but then you take a bite and it leaves you disappointed. My cakes and pastries are the whole package, beautiful on the outside and delicious on the inside I like the smile, from that initial reaction on a customers face to the even bigger smile after their first bite... it gets me every time!

Amanda made all of our desserts for our wedding including a "tea for two" cake (we had an Alice in wonderland themed wedding.) little petite fours that said eat me on them, swan cream puffs (my very favorite) and a number of other wonderful themed desserts. I highly recommend Amanda for any occasion and would love to have her make another spread for a party soon!

    Pricing is done per serving. You will be quoted a basic price and a la carte prices for add ons such as fondant and elaborate decoration.

    I am constantly researching new methods and I read anything I can get my hands on in relation to my field, I also take pastry classes to expand my skill base and I have a degree in culinary arts
