We set an appointment for yesterday after 2 pm. The appointment was set a week ago, and we never heard from them after setting the appointment. I message yesterday morning asking if we were still on for after 2 pm today. no response. Did not hear from them, and they did not show up. About 530 pm, we get a message that an earlier appointment ran late and that would we be available today. I responded yes. Again, no response, and they did not show up today. I get things that happen, but not responding is not good. We will find someone else to do the job.
