Joe came out and checked the system over. It had stopped cooling the day before. He found a couple of issues and after about an hour we were up and running again! I have had to deal with big companies before for the same issues and now I realize that they were just fixing it good enough to have me call them again 6 months later. Joe is a stand up guy! I won't be calling anyone else from now on!

Joe was honest and straightforward, as expected from a Veteran. He only fixed what was necessary, instead of taking the shotgun approach the Delta tech did. He also fixed my furnace for less than half the cost I was quoted from Delta!
