Arctic Desert Air is BY FAR the best A/C Service & Repair company we have ever worked with (and we have tried many in the past). Keenan not only fixed our issue perfectly and thoroughly, but he went way above and beyond expectations. He was genuinely interested in making sure that both our a/c units function up to optimal capacity and so, after he was done with the main job, he took the time to carefully test both of the units comprehensively, educated us on various system checkpoints/data, and advised us on how we could keep our units running at optimal levels. He also was very knowledgeable, professional and meticulous in his work, making sure that the place was very clean upon completion of the job. He was very patient with all our questions and never showed any signs of wanting to rush in and out, as has been our experience with previous a/c companies. He was also able schedule us the same day, which was a huge relief, given the current heat wave. The pricing was also very reasonable; in fact, too reasonable and we would encourage them to charge more for this level of excellence in service. We would strongly recommend anyone to use Arctic Desert Air for any of their A/C needs - don't even bother checking the others out. On a scale of 1 to 5, we would give them a 10! We will certainly be using them in the future.

I found Arctic Desert Air through Thumbtack for handyman services of door repair/ carpentry. Don is a very professional and caring person, very meticulous and conscientious. In his efforts to use an external electrical outlet, he found it not working and eventually determined that the entire garage was without power! He was able to find and reset the GFCI outlet which literally saved me from replacing all the food in my two freezers! In addition, the garage door threshold (in the lower three pics) had so much water damage with rotting wood and deteriorating caulking, Don was able to make it look brand new again! I’ll touch up the paint soon in the door jamb. I can’t thank you enough! I thoroughly recommend Don and Arctic Desert Air for your next project!

These guys were great! Got back to me the same day and had someone install my thermostats just a few hours later. The first one was pretty simple but the second one was a bit tricky and I never could have done it myself. Very thankful for them and they will stay on my radar for any heating/cooling needs.

We have a $95 service call used to locate the problem and get a price to correct the issue, as long as we get the approval to fix the problem that $95 is waived.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended AAI where I got my certification in HVAC, EPA certification, OSHA 10 certified I also have commercial AC experience working on everything from smaller residential units up to chillers that feed entire apartment complexes.

I recently got the chance to install a walk in cooler for a health supplement company here in Phoenix. It took a day and a half.
