My AC went out on a 118F day and Keenan was able to come by an hour later. Very rapid response. Replaced capacitor and did a full service check including cleaning cooling grill and checking coolant. Impressed would use again and recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all of our thumbtack customers we are waving our $95 diagnostic fee. We will come out and give you an accurate diagnoses free of charge. We also have discounts up to 20% on any repairs, feel free to ask for more information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended AAI where I got my certification in HVAC, EPA certification, OSHA 10 certified I also have commercial AC experience working on everything from smaller residential units up to chillers that feed entire apartment complexes.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently got the chance to install a walk in cooler for a health supplement company here in Phoenix. It took a day and a half.
