Victor replied within an hour of my inquiry at around 5pm, sent me a quote right away and by the end of our conversation I had an appointment set up for early the next morning.
He arrived on time, repaired our gate and it looks & works like new, and the final cost was exactly as quoted. He was very friendly as well.
If needed, I would contact him again without hesitation.
