- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact – Customers can call, message, or request a free estimate online. We respond quickly to learn about the project details. Clear Estimate – We provide upfront pricing before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Scheduling – We arrange a convenient time, often with same-day or next-day availability. On-Site Work – We arrive on time, explain the process, complete the work efficiently, and ensure everything is safe and working properly. Follow-Up – Before leaving, we review the job with the customer, share helpful recommendations if needed, and make sure they’re 100% satisfied. Our goal is to make every step easy, transparent, and stress-free.

I have over 7 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field, working on residential and small business projects. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Power Supply (Electrical Engineering), which gave me a strong foundation in electrical systems, safety, and energy efficiency. This combination of formal education and real-world practice allows me to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality work for every customer.
