The outlet under our sink kept beeping, and we weren’t sure what was causing it. Alex got back to me almost immediately and advised me to turn off the breaker to the outlet for safety. He came out a few days later, quickly identified the issue, and replaced the outlet for us. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.
