- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing changes depending on the number of times per week they train.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is the assessment, this is where they get a chance to know me a bit so they know who they will be working with and who will be helping them. Also, we will go over goals, any medical history/limitations and I will assess their fitness level in order to best make a plan for them moving forward in order to safely achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to a vocational school for personal training which gave me a lot of hands-on experience before I even started working as a trainer, and I have worked in health clubs for about 8 years overall and 5-6 of those years as a trainer.
