What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a New Client, Right after we booked your appointment, I will send you via email all the proper legal documentation (Client Policy Statement and Informed Consent Agreement) and a little Questionnaire (like a pre-interview) for you to complete and send it back to me as well as any questions, concerns comments you may have at the time. We will start the session with an interview that way we can plan the best session for You. Because remember, The Session it's always about you. The next 50 minutes (sessions will always start with a 5 minutes pre-interview, and the last 5 minutes of the session will be for grounding (or expanding), and for you to get ready and dressed.
