- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client receives a custom package rate to accommodate their business needs and budget. Clients will be responsible for domain registration and website hosting fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will receive a complimentary phone call to discuss their needs and ways we can work together. Then we will provide the client with questionnaires in order to get to know their business model. Our team will develop a plan and timeline to meet the client's immediate needs.
