- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending mostly upon the amount of tasks to take care of your animals, not necessarily the amount of animals to be cared for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a consult over the phone, then schedule a Meet & Greet with the owner and pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BOCES Animal Science 2 year course, animal caretaker at the Long Island Game Farm, a lifetime of personal experience.
