- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies according to the job needed to be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will contact MAP Electric with a request for a job or task that they would like accomplish. I will then come and look at the job or task and after evaluation, I will either come up with a quote or an agreement with the customer. Bigger jobs may require a contract before work is to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Maine Community College. I also have a State of Maine and New Hampshire Masters License as an Electrician, with 16 years of experience in the electrical field.
