I being of German descent, met Chef Peter at a fine restaurant I dined in , and Peter is a top notch Chef , like an Artist , I was served delicious, authentic,German cuisine like I grew up on, He took the time to come to my table and talk to me, from then on I knew where to be served the finest, and still today is a true friend I always look forward to see.
