- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to accommodate small businesses by working within a reasonable budget, understanding the financial constraints associated with marketing and lead generation efforts. While I have base packages and pricing for specific services, I am always open to discussing your budget to ensure mutual satisfaction and avoid financial strain. It is important to me that both parties are content with the arrangement, balancing fair compensation for the work and time invested on my end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level, understanding their personality, style, and brand. I delve into their company ethos, values, and mission to grasp what they represent, their core activities, and the reasons behind their work. Subsequently, we engage in conversations about the goals and vision of the project, as well as identifying areas where they require assistance. I then present them with a range of options to choose from, accompanied by a detailed discussion on pricing and budget, ensuring that the proposed solutions are feasible for both parties without exceeding financial constraints.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Photography. I have completed four internships in media relations, public relations, promotions, and marketing. With over 10 years of experience in the field, I have worked on various projects for different companies. In the last five years, I have primarily focused on my own personal company, which has provided me with a unique perspective and the ability to relate to others from a different standpoint.
