By responding in a timely manner. Executive Pressure Washing didn’t respond to me on the day of my appt. I had to go out of town and pushed the time back because I was expecting them to show up. I got a message from EPW saying that they are new to the app and had trouble with their schedule. I understand that but if you know that this app was something new for you I would think that you would at least check your messages on the regular. Moral of the story they didn’t show up or respond back until a day later.
