- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price things as fair as possible if all I do is tighten a wire or reset something and the problems solved in minutes I only charge the visit fee. If it’s troubleshooting and price is fluid I keep the customer informed as I go along. We’ll always try to have the best outcome that’s fair to both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First establish a basic knowledge of each other and have clear knowledge of what they need.
