- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat-rate pricing, so you’re charged by the job—not by the hour. We proudly offer discounts for military members, veterans, and first responders in appreciation of their service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer’s concern, asking a few questions, and schedule a visit to assess the issue. Then we explain the problem, offer honest recommendations, and provide upfront pricing. If they’re ready, we get the job done quickly and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years of hands-on experience in plumbing, a residential plumbing license, and I completed trade school to build a strong foundation in the trade.
