- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, upfront pricing based on the scope of work — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Most projects are quoted after a free on-site walk-through, but we can also provide ballpark pricing with photos and measurements. Discounts may be available for same-day bookings, bundled services, or veterans/military. We also offer flexible options for larger drainage or landscape installs. Minimum service call is $300.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and built to make your life easier: Initial Contact – You send photos, a brief description, or request a free on-site walk-through. On-Site Walk-Through – We meet in person (or virtually), assess the issue, and give expert recommendations. Free Quote – You’ll receive a clear, itemized estimate with pricing and timelines — no pressure, no surprises. Scheduling & Execution – Once approved, we get you scheduled and keep you informed throughout the job. Final Walk-Through – We don’t call it done until you’re completely satisfied. We pride ourselves on communication, punctuality, and delivering work that lasts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 12 years of hands-on experience in landscaping, drainage, and grading, I’ve led hundreds of successful residential and commercial projects — including complex French drain systems, property grading, sod installs, and more. Beyond field experience, I’ve also completed industry training through our key suppliers and the SiteOne Landscape Supply Academy, which offers continuing education on best practices, drainage systems, materials, and installation techniques. My team and I stay sharp by learning directly from experts, staying current on product innovations, and applying those techniques on real job sites. We’re always improving so we can deliver long-lasting, high-quality results.
