- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the job, materials, and how much prep work is needed. We’re always transparent — no surprise fees. For larger projects or returning customers, we’re open to discussing discounts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding exactly what the customer needs. In many cases, we can give an estimate based on photos, measurements, and a description of the project. Our pricing is based on the size of the area and the scope of work. If needed, we can schedule a visit. Once everything is clear, we provide a quote, set a timeline, and stay in touch throughout the project to make sure everything goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our training comes from hands-on experience on real job sites over the years. In addition, we’ve completed OSHA safety training, a specialized course in hardwood floor finishing, and construction supervisor certification. We also stay up to date with new materials and tools so we can continue delivering top-quality results on every project.
