FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope and complexity of each job. I don’t charge hidden fees, and I always provide a clear estimate upfront. For smaller repair jobs, I typically offer flat-rate pricing or hourly rates with a minimum service charge. I occasionally offer discounts for repeat customers, bundled tasks, or off-peak scheduling. I believe in honest work for honest pay — no surprises, no pressure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening. Whether through a phone call, text, or site visit, I gather all the details about your project and goals. From there, I provide a clear estimate and timeline, answer any questions you have, and schedule the work at your convenience. Communication remains open throughout the process, and I don’t consider the job finished until you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent over 27 years in residential repair and renovation, learning from hands-on experience, trade mentors, and continuing education in carpentry, tile work, plumbing, and electrical systems. My work is backed by decades of problem-solving in the field, not just theory — and I stay current with evolving building codes, tools, and materials.
