- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward — you’ll always know what you’re paying for. I charge a flat hourly rate or flat per-project price depending on the job. If it’s a small install like a TV mount, I can quote it right away. Bigger projects like network wiring or whole-home setups usually need a quick walk-through first. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few key questions to understand the scope and goals. Then I either come out for a walk-through or quote remotely if it’s simple. I explain everything clearly, no surprises — and once approved, I show up on time, do clean work, and leave everything tested and tidy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience is real-world — in the field, solving problems across AV, network infrastructure, and smart home systems. I stay sharp by constantly upgrading my tools, learning new platforms, and working on complex installs that push my skills.
