- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When reaching out I try to find out the preferred method of communication. From there I try to have an “initial chat” that goes over all expectations for the job (on both ends), work is started and updates are provided as the customer sees fit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my education in this field comes from experience. I have been working as an administrative assistant since I was 13 (over 15 years). I have also taken several County Government classes on subjects like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and maintaining confidentiality.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was just a teenager, I was introduced to the administrative side of my Father’s trucking company. So much paper work, lots of tedious to-do items, turns out I really enjoyed doing all the things he did not!
