- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent and competitive. For example, mounting and concealing wires for most TVs is a flat rate, and I provide clear upfront quotes for add-ons like speaker installations or additional wiring. I also include safety features—like installing a recessed outlet behind the TV—at no extra hidden cost when possible. No surprise fees, ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to discuss the customer’s vision for their space—whether it’s a simple TV mount or a full surround sound system. From there, I’ll recommend the best setup options within their budget, explain the process step-by-step, and provide transparent pricing. On installation day, I handle everything from mounting to wire concealment and full system setup, followed by a walkthrough to ensure the customer is comfortable using their new system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with electrical safety practices, low-voltage wiring, and home theater design. I also continuously train on the latest AV technology, smart home integrations, and manufacturer specifications to make sure every installation is done safely and to the highest standard.
