- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know how things is getting harder. I am very understanding that people want to paid for something with quality and that’s what I offered. And I am always willing to negotiate prices
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Involves initial contact, gathering information, providing a proposal, onboarding the client and my first cleaning, clear explanation , building trust and increasing the likelihood of a long term relationship
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two kids toddlers, if u have kids u would know what im talking about. They make sure they put me to work by making messes so I’m on my feet cleaning after them plus i have 4 yrs experience cleaning at hospitals and rehabilitation facilities.
