- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is structured to fit different goals and schedules, offering flexible packages for both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions. I also provide lifestyle coaching that includes online training and nutrition support through my app. From time to time, I run promotions where I waive the initial setup fee, so clients can get started without extra cost. Each package is designed to deliver value, accountability, and results, while ensuring you’re investing in a program tailored specifically to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I begin with a 30-minute consultation—either over the phone or in person. During this time, we review your goals, discuss whether we’re a good fit, and go over program options and pricing. I also conduct a body consultation to assess your current fitness level and create a customized plan. This process ensures that I fully understand your needs and that you feel confident and supported from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISSA-certified personal trainer with multiple specializations, including Sports Nutrition, Group Training, and Corrective Exercise. I’m also certified in HIIT, Agility, and Speed Training, and I maintain current CPR certification for safety. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry as both a coach and IFBB Pro athlete, I combine my certifications with real-world knowledge to deliver effective, personalized training programs.
