Thank you so much for Orion security system From the first call, the representative was polite. Explain me everything and send a technician in one hour technician was in my house looked at everything I need and give me two options I go with the first option to replace all the system I have they did a great job. Very clean installation. They also clean the floor after every hole in the wall. Highly recommended definitely would use them again

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule an on-site visit to understand the layout and discuss goals. Then we prepare a clear proposal with equipment specs and pricing. After approval, we schedule installation, program all devices, and give a full walkthrough so the client knows how to use every feature.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional training in security camera installation, alarm systems, access control, and audio/video integration. I also stay up to date with manufacturer certifications (Uniview, Ring, TruAudio, VSSL) and regularly attend workshops on new technologies.
