- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and reflects the time and strategy I put into each project. Each package is designed to fit different needs from a one-page starter site to a full e-commerce store. Add-ons are available for things like extra pages, copywriting, or ongoing maintenance, so you only pay for what you actually need. I don’t do “hidden fees”, you’ll always know the investment upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I follow a six-step process to make things clear and stress-free: Discovery Call + Proposal → to learn your goals. Plan & Strategy → mapping out your site’s flow. Design & Build → bringing your vision to life. Review & Revisions → fine-tuning until it’s right. Launch Day → your website goes live! Training & Support → so you can update your site with confidence (plus optional ongoing care if you’d like me to handle it).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained through hands-on client projects, self-study, and modern web design tools and platforms (like Showit, WordPress, and Shopify, etc). I stay current with design trends, SEO best practices, and speed optimization techniques so your website looks professional and performs well.
