- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat-rate, results-driven, and transparent. A full CFOP 7-Point Diagnostic is $3,500 per location — no hourly surprises or hidden fees. Virtual audits are $1,500. For multi-unit operators, I provide bundled rates based on the number of stores. Every dollar spent on the diagnostic is designed to uncover several times that in recoverable profit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every engagement starts with a CFOP Diagnostic — a 7-point audit that identifies exactly where money and time are being lost. I interview the owner and team, analyze key reports, and deliver a one-page action plan with the top 3–5 profit-driving priorities. From there, we either execute together or I train their management to sustain the changes long term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundation comes from years in restaurant management, multi-unit operations, and corporate-level systems training. I’ve led openings, turnaround projects, and staff development programs across multiple brands. I also study business operations and leadership strategy to stay sharp on system design and scaling.
