I charge a standard hourly rate, depending on the scope of work and ongoing commitment. For long-term clients or retainer packages, I often provide flat-fee options for predictable budgeting. I’m transparent about pricing—no hidden fees, and we will always confirm and sign a contract before beginning a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free discovery call to understand your business goals, daily challenges, and priorities. From there, I create a customized plan outlining what tasks I’ll take off your plate, how we’ll communicate, and what success looks like. I typically onboard new clients within a few days using shared tools like Google Drive, Notion, ClickUp, or Slack to keep everything organized.

I have a background in project and operations management, with hands-on experience in the construction, consulting, and administrative fields. I’ve completed professional development in project management (PMP track) and have extensive training in systems like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, and CRM management.
