- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and designed to fit the needs of small and mid-sized businesses. I begin with an initial discovery discussion to understand your business, goals and current financial challenges. From there I provide a proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, deliverables and total fee. There are no hidden fees. The proposal clearly defines what’s included, what extra services cost, and when payment is due. If your business is ready for an ongoing engagement (for example, monthly financial analysis and strategic advisory), we can discuss a monthly-based arrangement that may offer better value over a longer term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a short introductory call to understand your business and make sure we’re a good fit. Once we agree on the scope, I’ll send over a proposal outlining the process, timeline, and deliverables. After that, I gather your key financial information, set up the initial review, and walk you through what to expect in the first few weeks. The goal is to make onboarding smooth, organized, and easy on your end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Finance and began my career in private equity and investment banking, where I supported mergers, acquisitions, and growth strategy initiatives. Before founding Toro Growth Group, I worked with business owners across multiple industries to improve financial performance, streamline reporting, and prepare for capital events. That experience shaped the practical, results-driven approach I bring to every client today.
