- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should definitely be aware that prices are different for every lawyer and type of case and the first meeting is important to set boundaries and parameters to what the customer can afford, and what the attorney thinks it may cost in order to be successful with their case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is pretty straightforward with the initial meeting being an intake, and getting all the questions answered that I need in order to determine the path to being successful with what my client needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of North Texas with a business degree and from Western Michigan law school with my Doctor of Dru’s prudence degree. I have also worked in real estate for 13 years as a broker.
