JW IT professionals, are absolutely amazing!They were able to come to my house and service me in what I needed. I can truly tell you love and have a passion for what you do! Technology is definitely always changing but the approach that this company has is to educate and inform the customer not beat around the Busch and make you feel like how much more do I have to buy to get things running correctly.!!So there approach is simple they look at the areas of concern and then ask what your immediate goals are to get your businesses up and running and he very upfront and gives you the options as to how they can help you run smoother! my office is at home and so I have multiple purposes and uses for the internet but with all the hackers out there my email was hacked multiple times and as well not only my email but multiple computers and this company was able to tell me as to why and put in place a plan of security for my home and to protect my clients information!!!!Its difficult to trust but JW IT Professionals has my trust!!! Thank you, again.!

On time - Very knowledgeable - Experts in ITWhen I first reached out to JW IT Professionals my office space was a clutter of wires - networking cables everywhere. They came out quick, assessed the situation and quickly had a proposal in my hands by the end of the day. A couple days later after the new materials were on-site they arrived on time and completed everything within the scheduled time.I was so pleased with how they did my office that I also had them come out to wire my home as well, running CAT6a to my living room and home office as well as cable management and providing excellent recommendations to my home networking and media center which they implemented quickly and efficiently.The team at JW IT Professionals will be a constantly used resource by my business and home networking needs.Thank you guys so much for everything and I look forward to working with you again in the near future for my 10Gb network upgrade!

JW IT is a wonderful company. The founder, Jordan Whissell, along with his colleague, Sean Bomford, are truly impressive young men: smart, resourceful, entrepreneurial, thorough, reliable, polite, kind, and, most importantly, high-integrity people who know their stuff. Working with this team has reaffirmed my faith in the next generation!Now, to the work: The TL;DR is A+ for these guys!Details -- Our wi-fi is terrible. Correction: Our wi-fi WAS terrible. AT&T U-verse blamed it on the building/structure, and sold me some extenders, which were useless, because you can't extend a signal you're not getting. Jordan and Sean had to move furniture in several places to find the cabling coming into our home -- because AT&T had jerry-rigged a Rube Goldberg-esque setup to string networking cable into the house. Worse, AT&T essential cables along the way, reducing the available options for using existing wiring. BUT THESE GUYS DON'T GIVE UP!!!Jordan and Sean ran a new cable from the attic through several walls, to the outside of the house, and back inside downstairs, so they could pipe connectivity directly into the downstairs area of our house. Then they added a wireless access point in the ceiling corner, at the optimal location for distributing signal.Finally, they set up a Unifi Dream Machine to simplify network management -- and they configured all my smart devices to live on a separate IoT network, so they wouldn't pose security risks on the rest of the home network. If the phrase "network management" scares you, don't worry. They did it all! They even left behind a nice little ring binder filled with network diagrams and details of their work, to guide subsequent technicians in their efforts.

I work out of my home office and live in an area with very slow internet and no options for big cable companies, ie comcast, at&t. Paying $$ for ~20mb. I had found JW IT through other reviews and they were the perfect fit. Jordan introduced me to Starlink and upgraded my access points. He has been handling all aspects of my IT + also some audio/visual. He and his staff are resourceful, always trying to find the right solution to my problem. He is accessible and prompt at getting back to you. He never pushes any products but rather educates you on the pros and cons of certain systems. I have referred him to other family and friends and they all have had a positive experience and continue to use his services.
