Tom is my son, so I might be biased, but he has saved my computer more times than I can count! living in New York, I can't always find honest help, but Tom always fixes my laptop when he visits or even guides me over the phone. He is very patient with older people who aren't great with technology. He upgraded my old slow laptop and now it works like new. Royalston is lucky to have him!
