- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The materials used are high quality or premium, but our prices are fair compared to the market. There is a minimum fee for any repair and estimates but are credited back to the account at the time of the contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer has storm damage and is filing an insurance claim, we do an intake to prepare them on the expectations and how the claim will work. We offer to use multiple public adjusters which will help save the customer time. Customers who do not have storm damage, we ask plenty of questions so we have an idea on what they want, any needs, or how will they fund the project. We do not push to upsell product as we offer what we think needs to be done and or feel the customer will enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a MHIC license in the state of Maryland, insured, and bonded. We are a certified residential roof installed for GAF shingle manufacture. In addition, we take ongoing training with HAGG, NRCA, and Building Education Institute.
