We hired Ivanovs Global to address a large horizontal crack in our basement wall. A structural engineer diagnosed the problem as hydrostatic pressure in the soil outside. Ivanovs Global offered the most complete remediation of the problem of any of the contractors we considered, including installing a French drain and two sump pumps, reinforcing the walls against future movement with steel I-beams placed at 4 foot intervals, and outside excavation and regrading. This was an immense job that required removing a ton of concrete rubble and pouring 80 bags of new concrete to install the French drain below the basement slab. They agreed to have the structural engineer approve the work before we made our final payment, and the structural engineer said it was one of the best jobs he has seen. After the structural work was done, they did a complete remodeling of our basement, and we ended up with a beautiful living space downstairs. They did the complete renovation including dry wall, painting, trim work, flooring, recessed lights, replacement windows, and a full bathroom. It is now an absolutely beautiful space, and the price was substantially better than other bids we received.

This company is by far one of the best we've worked with . We had major problems with basement floor cracks and buckling along with structural problems with the exterior walls. I thought working in a tight area would prove challenging, but these guys did a lot of manual work to excavate the floor for the sump pump installation. We then had an non standard exterior door installed. Nick and Miro kept us informed at all times . They were always prompt, thorough and worked clean. The quality of the work performed to correct the situation far exceeded our expectation. We would definitely recommend and refer future contracts.
