Cory Schools the owner of Lionheart roofing is amazing to work with. He helped me with two full roof replacements in the last couple years and really made us feel comfortable with the process. If it wasn't for Cory showing what my current homes roofing issue was the day we were looking at the property we likely never would have bought the home we currently love living in. Not only that he was able to provide pictures of the roofing issues all the houses in the neighborhood had including our home that helped us negotiate the seller paying for the majority of the roof replacement. He is helpful from the word go and takes very detailed pictures of the roof and under the roof when possible and helps to show and explain where you are at with your current roof. He even met with an insurance inspector on the second roof to help point out the issues with the roof so they couldn't be overlooked. I highly recommend you give Lionheart roofing a chance to win your business!
