- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive, lower than big posh studios as we have less overhead expenses, which means savings passed on to customers. We buy our renowned products at wholesale prices, another way to control the costs of doing business. We offer A variety of discounts like referral bonus, brand ambassador program, and annual maintenance customers. We recognize first resposnders, veterans, senior citizens, and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We learn about the needs of the car and the customer's preferences. We ask for pictures, and also an on-site visit to craft a free estimate. I personally draft 2- 3 options with packages and suggest the most important ones in order of priority if budget is a concern. Some projects may be staged and spread over A few visits to limit the money and time spent at the detailing shop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training for several decades. I have undergone professional detailing training under the mentorship of veteran detailers with 4 decades of detailing experience. I am an active member of the International Detailing Association, the ultimate professional organization that oversees the detailing industry across the globe, and offers ongoing educational seminars and podcasts, the authority in granting certification in detailing.
