- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My elevator pricing are completely different from general contracting repairs but still offer both if needed. Discounts can always be discussed as we are a budget friendly side hustling company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain my story as it can be a little nerve wrecking when hearing we are an elevator sub contracting company also working for general contractors. However, I like to remind them they're not only in good hands but I have union government companies that can help back up my team's work for smaller outside jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from necessary elevator training (including myself) I've hired guys from trade school for drywalling, mudding, framing and all general needs for daily repairs.
