Horrible service. Hired him 4 months ago to complete electrical work at our jobsite. We did all the things are per his demands and he never completed the job. Now when only thing left is the electrical work before we can start moving in the the jobsite to finish the work he tells us he can't do anything until the end of the month. Last 2 weeks he was telling us he would be there to get the job going and he should be able to finish the job soon. Then he calls my brother asking for more money on top of what we had already given him. Giving more money was no problem as long as the job was moving along as the work for moving. But after paying 50% of the money towards the bill and him asking me for more money I wanted to find out when the job was going to get completed. Everytime we question him anything he had a story. We have tried very hard to work with him but he just talks big and doesn't follow through. We even paid him 50% of the money and still the work didn't get done. He talks too much and creates unnecessary issues. DO NOT HIRE HIM.After writing this review, Hamid said I never signed the contract with him, my brother signed the contract; Below is the pic of the contract signed by me. Secondly , He said he on got 10% of the deposit and he finished 95% of the work second floor, again a lie. He received all together $1500 initial signing deposit on 4/8/2020 and also $3000 cash on 4/22/2020 signed and received by him on his company receipt. Out of $9500 from he entire contract he received $4500 together and not even 50% of the work was done at the site.If after paying your electrician almost 50% of the total amount on the contract we have a right to ask in August when everything in ready and only thing we are waiting for is our electrician to finish he rough electrical work so we can have our inspection don't to start the work inside the house is definitely not wrong. His statement that I was demanding my work to be completed at the end of the week were again a LIE.Anybody who is looking to hire him need to check the pics below and you'll know you can't trust this guy. He's a big LIAR. HIRE HIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. I read the good review and thought he was good but it was a mistake.If you see the contract carefully He was paid close to 50% of the money and not even 50% of the work was done. To top it call I couldn't ask him a simple question as to when he would finish to we can start our job inside the house. He just took off. He has a habit of making false statement and creating drama. When we sent him a group message between my husband Anil, my brother Gee and myself to clarify he started making up more stories and eventually Blocked our numbers. How convenient, pay him without him finishing his work, don't question him and if you do you'll get block. In his head he thinks he's a doctor who needs to be paid like $400 an hour to do nothing.BE CAREFUL. DON'T HIRE THIS CROOK.

For those that are looking to have any type of electrical service issue addressed, I would recommend using Hamid. If you prefer the big llc / corp without personality, reasoning, advise, respect, basically to treat you like any other person without personalizing the experience, Hamid isn't your guy. As for those who read the bad comments on his page, need to be upfront with expectations.When meeting Hamid and discussing what I would like done which was installing a ceiling fan, adding outlets to areas for microwave and dishwasher, installing recessed lights (14) and 3 ceiling lights, and upgradings from a small panel to a much larger one, and lastly going from 100 amps to 200 service, I knew it was a big job and it would take some time. When he tells you to work with him, then that's what you do if you're prepared for it. We were upfront with what we needed and so was he.Other electric companies put you on hold with an answering service. I called him on a Sunday while doing a light fixture on my own and he picked up. No waiting, quick response to text or call. He also advised and taught me a few things. This means that he is the type to Wal you through it if you can tackle a small task and save money. Not to mention the quality of work, A+. I would recommend him to anyone. I thank you Hamid, as well as my family. We will be in contact soon.

Hamid Kargbo is a CON ARTIST BE CAREFUL. DONT HIRE THIS CROOK - I hired Assurance Electrical Hamid Kargbo Nov 2022, 9 months ago for apartment building renovation project to upgrade electrical service, wiring and install sub-panels for 1st and 2nd floor. He took 45,000 dollars deposit and appeared at the Property after 5 months with two unskilled workers (his brothers) they remove some old wiring and Hamid demand more money to buy material, and as a further condition to perform work. They performed some very minor work, and then Hamid was gone from the site. He keeps making excuses that his mother passed away, he is not feeling well, his back hurts, his work Van broke down, his last excuse was that he has shingles with covid and stress etc.Hamid took 45,000 dollars in deposit and only unskilled workers showed up for a few days. It's been over 9 months he is making excuses and doesn't start the job. He promised to get everything ready for the brought inspection by the end of June 2023, now we are in July and he hasn't made any progress.Anyone looking to hire Hamid pleases check the New Jersey Court public records and calls NJ Board of electrical; there are several complaints and many law-suits against Hamid Kargbo robbing home owners and small businesses. DONT trust any of his 5 star fake reviews and the references he gives you. Please look at the review by Harleen Manko posted 2 years ago. He played almost exactly same game to con me. Read cheerfully the 5 star reviews, they are some fake reviews.
