- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of work and materials needed. Simple repairs such as faucet replacement, toilet repair, or drain cleaning are usually straightforward. Larger repairs or installations may require additional parts. I always explain the work first and provide a clear price before starting. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer for a short description of the issue and photos if possible. This helps me understand the problem before arriving. After inspecting the issue on site, I explain the best solution and provide a price. Once approved, I complete the repair or installation and make sure everything works properly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience working with plumbing systems including leak repairs, pipe replacement, drain systems, faucet and toilet installation, and water heater work. I focus on doing clean, careful installations using professional tools and proper plumbing practices.
