- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For HVAC Diagnostics, we charge a flat $85 Doagnostic & Safety Consultation fee for all on-site visits. This fee covers our technical expertise, travel,0 specialized tool use, and a full system report. This is a standalone fee and is not applied toward the final repair cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I start by getting information from the customer on what issue they need help with. Next I would come on-site to perform a full diagnostics inpection of their system. Once the problem is identified, I explain the diagnostics results to the customer along with estimated cost of repair and time complete the repair. If any parts need to be ordered or can be purchased at a local supply store, I will make the purchase and include the cost of the parts in the final repair bill. The customer will know the full cost estimate and approve prior to me proceeding with repair and purchasing of parts. once the repair is complete, I run the system again to ensure everything is working properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC techincal school graduate, EPA certification, NATE service and install certification. Previous experience working in a large HVAC services company for residential and commercial units.
