Let me start by saying that..Tim is amazing. I called him out of the blue from New Mexico because I couldn't find someone local to troubleshoot a very complex rats' nest I got my Starlink system in. He never hesitated and jumped right into the issues, troubleshooting from halfway across the country. Systematically reduced the problems one by one until finally finding the root cause. Not only that, but he never tired of handling each step with care and detail. He probably didn't expect to spend several hours fixing a Starlink system in New Mexico, and he never complained. He even topped it all off by taking the initiative to order what I needed for me and send the shipping labels. Look, I have been in the service business for 40 years. It's uncommon for technology providers and installers to have this level of care. He really went beyond my expectations. I'll definitely work with him again and again, and I highly recommend him for anything involving STARLINK SYSTEMS.
