- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every site starts at a $150 one-time setup fee plus $55/month for managed hosting, which includes SSL, backups, and maintenance. Add-ons like logo design ($25), local SEO ($15/mo), and Google Business Profile management ($15/mo) are available but never pushed. You only pay for what you need. Domain registration is billed annually and priced at cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short intake form to learn your business, services, and goals. From there I build a custom site — no templates — and send you a preview before anything goes live. Most sites are live within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery in 48 hours is available for $75. Once live, I handle all the technical side so you can focus on running your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self-taught full-stack web developer with hands-on experience building and deploying production sites on VPS infrastructure. I write clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from scratch and manage everything from server configuration to SSL and DNS — skills most template-based designers don't have.
