We saw all of the great reviews on google and decided to try them out. The quotation process was prompt and when we compared Royal to other companies, Royal was slightly higher price but we opted for the higher quality and service we read here.Unfortunately, after the initial deposit, things went downhill.For one, we had to call several times and had to text to get our schedule. We then required several followups to ensure proper completion of job. Very friendly installers but the managers setting their schedules did not communicate in a timely manner the schedule to us or their own people (they ask for a few minutes to check on schedule and get back to you after 40 minutes-4 hours).-If you need time, please say so instead of having us wait many "few minutes" for a response. This doesn't help customers plan out the day.There were many mishaps with the install itself where several areas of the drywall needed patching after they ran into it with the countertop, sides of the countertops were not buffed/polished, gouge from drilling faucet holes needed filling, refrigerator side was scratched by countertop (they could of moved the refrigerator over a bit or asked us to), and the manager forgot to give the installer brackets for bar top. They scheduled for the followup install but ended up needing to rescheduling it for a day later. Most people work so this is very inconvenient.All in all, I like the countertop material but not sure if it is worth all of the hassle.[EDIT - 2 stars to 3.5(4) stars]In the end, they came through and remedied all of the issues (except for a couple things here and there that couldn't be fixed easily such as the ding on my refrigerator). The countertops were repolished on the sides, sinks were installed correctly with proper supports, gouge filled but still slightly noticeable, and everything was pretty much leveled. We also got some compensation for being sinkless for a couple days.The two installers, Curtis and Nelson, that came in to reinstall the tops were awesome and I hope that you get them for your home improvement. They made all of the adjustments necessary that weren't done in the beginning and checked with us to ensure we were happy.

If I could give this company zero stars I would!At first the people were very nice. The owner came to measure and told us it would be a week or two to get the countertops installed. I was so pleased with how the owner treated me and how precise his measurements were. A week goes by and we here nothing. We call and he says he doesnt have the stuff right now but when he does he will call us back. We never received any calls. You call the owners cell phone and it will go to voicemail and then he will text saying hes busy he will call back that never happens. Horrible communication! Its been close to two months and still havent heard one thing and we keep getting the same hes busy he will call back text. So disappointed and now we have to start all over.
