We are absolutely delighted with our basement floor! At the first meeting, we received a thorough explanation of the process, color options, timeline, and answers to questions. Since everything had to be removed from the basement, we were happy to learn that the process could be done in two applications allowing us to move everything to one side for application 1 and then to the other side for application 2. That was a game changer! And, I have to add that there are no visible seam lines! Estimate was received by the next day and project was scheduled for several months later. A two man crew arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and respectful of property. They worked steadily and cleaned up the space before departing. While the crew used equipment to catch dust from the floor prep (grinding) and took precautions to mitigate the smell of the application materials, we did expect and needed to do some cleanup after everything was completed. The new floor has made a huge difference in the look of our basement. Black Rhino did a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

This has been nearly 4 years of dealing with this contractor. I have been a real estate broker for 35 years and never encountered a company this intimidating and slippery. From day one they admitted that they installed inferior materials and charged us nearly $5,000. When I threatened not to pay, they said they would walk off the job. I paid and the results a few weeks later are shown in the pictures attached. Each time they stretched out their warranty repair for months. The most recent started last February with the owner backing out my driveway, then stopping, moving forward and brandishing the knife he used to realize that the floor was defective again.. I stood my ground and he went back and got in the truck and left. It took 7 months before they came back. The repair was minimal compared to the actual damage. See the attached pictures with the inexplicable dark tracks on a floor that they said was impervious (black rhino).Buyer beware!

This review is so ridiculous we'd like to dismiss it, however there are too many lies including a serious accusation which compels us to respond. We are more than willing to have a conversation about this review with anyone that asks.
There's an ancient statement that says, "The one who states his case first seems right, until the other comes and cross examines him.
Kevin Woldt has been the most volatile, extremely vulgar and the most dishonest customer in our business history. The lies from Kevin simply don't stop from the resin usage to the photo's (these are not recent photos or ones after a floor has been cleaned) included in this review to the most serious about the knife...these are all lies. (if this knife thing were true, I wonder why he let us back on his property yesterday while he and his wife were present to fulfill a repair without any authorities present).
We have worked hard delivering quality floors, being professional and addressing customer concerns. Our great customer base and positive reviews indicate this.
