FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope and complexity of your business needs. I offer both hourly and flat monthly packages depending on the level of service required. No hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront. Discounts may be available for ongoing monthly clients or bundled services. Cleanup or catch-up work may be priced separately from standard monthly bookkeeping.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief consultation to understand your business, current bookkeeping setup, and specific needs. From there, I review your books (if applicable) and provide a clear proposal. Once approved, I handle onboarding, including setting up or cleaning up your accounting system, connecting accounts, and establishing workflows. Ongoing services include regular reconciliations, reporting, and communication to keep everything accurate and up to date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently pursuing my Master of Accountancy (expected 2027) and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. I have earned the Intuit Bookkeeping Certificate and QuickBooks Level 1 Certification, demonstrating proficiency in core bookkeeping principles and QuickBooks software. In my current role as an Accounts Administrator, I manage accounts payable processes, financial tracking, and reporting while working with systems such as QuickBooks and Viewpoint Vista. My experience combines formal education, industry certifications, and hands-on accounting work to deliver accurate and reliable bookkeeping services.
