All estimates are free of charge. No deposit required for jobs under $1500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brilliant Softwash will come visit in-person to access your needs. We will walk the site and discuss what work needs to be done and collect any other information necessary to complete the job. We can do remote quotes on request or when physical access is difficult or limited.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of professionals have been trained in the proper handling of chemicals and tools designed to safely and thoroughly clean your property. Additionally, members are updated on any new information relayed to us by chemical distributors and a community of other experts in the field.
