Pricing depends on the scope of the job. We offer flat rates for common services, hourly pricing for smaller or undefined tasks, and half-day or full-day rates for larger or multi-item projects. We’re happy to recommend the most efficient option based on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and efficient. Once you reach out, we respond quickly to gather details about the job and may ask for photos to better understand the scope. From there, we provide a clear quote or recommend the most efficient option—whether that’s a flat rate, hourly, or a half/full day for multiple items. Once approved, we schedule a convenient time and arrive prepared with the tools needed to complete the work. During the job, we communicate clearly and can address any additional items if needed. Our goal is to make the process smooth, professional, and hassle-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead handyman, Hugo, has over 10 years of hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, including repairs, installations, and full build-outs. He has also been involved in large-scale projects within the investment space, contributing to build-outs totaling over $50 million. Combined with his background in project management, he brings a high level of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail to every job. This experience allows us to approach even smaller residential projects with the same level of professionalism, planning, and quality execution.
