FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work after a thorough assessment — we don't give ballpark numbers over the phone because every job is different. Assessments are same-week and straightforward. We'll walk you through exactly what we found and what it will cost before any work begins. For water mitigation, pricing often qualifies for homeowners insurance coverage, and we provide full documentation to support your claim. We then work directly with your insurance carrier to get payment approved so you're not out of pocket. We don't use high-pressure tactics or upsell work that isn't necessary — if you don't need it, we'll tell you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a same-week on-site assessment. Our technician will inspect the affected area, explain what they find in plain terms, and give you a written estimate before anything else happens. If you decide to move forward, we schedule the work at your convenience, often within days. Throughout the job, we keep you updated and make sure you understand each step. When the work is complete, we walk you through everything we did, provide full documentation (useful for insurance or future home sales), and back every mold and drainage project with a written warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained and certified in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and crawlspace encapsulation. We hold industry-standard certifications relevant to water mitigation and mold remediation, and we stay current with best practices in waterproofing and moisture control. Every technician on our crew has hands-on field experience — we don't send out rookies unsupervised. We've completed hundreds of jobs across North and Metro Atlanta and bring that practical knowledge to every assessment.
