- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of training, session frequency, location, and whether sessions are private, semi-private, group-based, or in-home. We offer flexible options for beginners, athletes, and long-term clients. Clients training multiple times per week receive lower per-session rates, and custom packages are available depending on goals and scheduling needs. The focus is on providing high-quality coaching, structure, accountability, and long-term results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with learning the client’s goals, experience level, fitness background, and schedule. From there, I create a structured training approach based on what they want to achieve, whether that’s weight loss, confidence, conditioning, learning real boxing skills, improving athletic performance, or preparing to compete. Sessions are designed to build technique, conditioning, discipline, and progression over time in a professional and supportive environment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes years of hands-on experience in boxing, striking, conditioning, coaching, athlete development, and performance training. I’ve worked with beginners, fitness clients, youth athletes, and competitive fighters, focusing on technique, conditioning, discipline, and long-term development through structured coaching systems.
